I am U.K. trained and have over 37 years experience in using physiotherapy as a treatment modality. I have experience in a number of specialities which include musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, acute trauma, spinal injuries, stroke rehabilitation, respiratory , obstetrics and gynaecology. I have worked in industry and latterly had my own private practice before emigrating to New Zealand.
My first experience in New Zealand was a senior position in trauma and orthopaedics at North Shore Hospital in Auckland. After that I worked in a private clinic in Nelson where I was involved with treating TASMAN MAKOS rugby team often using my acupuncture skills.
Since moving to Canterbury I have worked in Christchurch, Cheviot and Rangiora. I am now located in Loburn, 5 minutes outside Rangiora. (See map)
I bring this wealth of varied knowledge and experience to help you resolve your health issues.
As I am also qualified in three holistic therapies namely ACUPUNCTURE, BOWEN and SCENAR. I can offer new options where traditional treatment/physiotherapy may have failed or had limited benefit, especially in long-term,chronic problems.
